Service tips:
- Inform our order taker of any specific pick-up or delivery time requirements you may have.
- Specify the type of service you would like when you call. Standard service costs the least. Ask our order taker if standard service
will meet your deadline. If standard service does not meet your time requirements, you may inquire if one of our rush services will meet
your time requirements.
- Label your packages completely - address, company name, room number and recipient's name.
- For pick-ups outside your office, give us complete information - the person's full name, room number and phone extension.
- If possible, please place your orders before 5:00 P.M.
- Confirm that someone will be at the delivery destination to receive your package, (especially for evening and holiday deliveries.)
- For packages or very large items, tell our order taker the size and weight we know whether to send a bike, car, van or truck.
- We cannot deliver illegal or hazardous materials.
Serving airports: LaGuardia - LGA, Newark - EWR, JFK.
Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Deliveries during other hours can be made by prior arrangement.
